Sablefin Hatcheries Applies for Permit Amendment to Reroute
Effluent Discharge
On November 1, Sablefin Hatcheries, Ltd. applied for a Permit
Amendment to enable them to reroute the hatchery effluent
from the archaeological site and burial area at Syuhe'mun

also raises a number of questions and concerns, some of which
are outlined in a letter
written by SSIRRLU in response to the notice. If you have
questions or concerns or share those we have expressed, please
write to the Regional Manager, Ministry of Environment at
2080A Labieux Road, Nanaimo, V9T 6J9 before November 30.
